Dr Sameer Arbat, young Interventional Pulmonologist from Nagpur is the first doctor to have Central India’s only EBUS and Cryotherapy setup. What is EBUS ?
A. EBUS or EndoBronchial UltraSound is a bronchoscope with an ultrasound probe attached to it. EBUS allows visualisation of lymph nodes around the heart for easy sampling.

Thoracoscopy is a procedure a doctor uses to look inside the chest cavity. This is done with a thoracoscope, a thin, flexible tube with a light and a small video camera on the end.
What is Rigid Bronchoscopy?
Rigid Bronchoscopy is a procedure used to gain access to the patient’s airway and allows the passage of larger airway instruments and cameras to diagnose and treat airway disease. This form of bronchoscopy is done by highly trained specialists.
